There is light
at the end of the tunnel |
You are
most likely at this site
because someone
referred you in
an attempt to give you hope for
a health problem you have or
because you are interested in
staying well. It is no accident
you are here. |
Please consider the information on this site
and do your own research to validate what you find, because anyone
can put anything on a website. Unfortunately, many people tend to
believe something just because it is on the web, on television,
on the radio, or in the newspaper.
| I will give you information
on this site that will hopefully motivate, encourage and assist
you in maintaining or restoring your health. The underlying
principle on which much of this information is based is simply
this: the human body will begin to repair and heal itself if
given the proper
components for health.
The body must be considered holistically rather than focusing
merely on removing a symptom. Symptoms of disease |
 |
are present
as a warning to let us know we have a problem. To cover them
up or manipulate them with a drug does not restore our health.
In fact, this course of action will, in the long run, cause
more problems because all drugs are toxic and must be dealt
with by our body. |
I will focus primarily on nutrition
on this website. I will discuss two “new” technologies
that I believe can significantly impact your health. The first is
in the field of glycobiology
and the second concerns antioxidants.
Because there is much written about nutrition by many different
authors, there is obviously much controversy. So do your own due
diligence and make your choices wisely – your life depends
on it!
The material on this site will
be updated or changed regularly as new information is available.
It is not intended to be exhaustive, but to introduce to you, what
might be a new concept, and also to introduce new technology.
You may use the menu at the left
to navigate this site or click on the link at the bottom of each
page to take you through a logical progression of the information
presented.
